Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect your email, your name, what you answer in the quiz, and the numbers you choose to record about your own health. We use it to run the program and talk to you. We never see your card details — Stripe handles those. We don’t sell your data to anyone, ever. Ask and we’ll send you everything we hold or delete the lot.

We never hold your card. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We can see that a payment happened, and the last four digits. That’s it.

Health information — the sensitive part

Your scan numbers, your quiz answers and anything you share in the room about how you’re feeling are health information. Australian privacy law treats that as sensitive, and so do we.

You choose to give it. Nothing is taken automatically. If you don’t want to record a number, don’t — you can still be a member.
It’s used to show you your own progress, and to route what you work on next. Nothing else.
It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to market anything to you.
Nothing goes public without you asking. If you want your before-and-after shared, you tell us in writing first. Silence is not permission.

By entering your numbers you’re consenting to us storing them for the purpose above. You can withdraw that at any time and we’ll delete them.

Why we collect it

To give you the thing you asked for — the quiz result, the spreadsheet, the program
To take payment and keep the records the tax office requires
To email you about your membership, the cleanse calendar and the live clears
To send you what you signed up for, until you unsubscribe — every email has a one-click unsubscribe and it works immediately
To see which pages people read, in aggregate, so the site gets better

Who else sees it

Only the services that actually run the business. Each one sees the minimum it needs.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We’d only ever disclose it if the law actually required it.

It’s stored overseas

Most of the services above are based outside Australia, mainly in the United States and Europe. That means your information is stored and processed overseas. We pick services that are widely used and take security seriously, but you should know it leaves the country.

Cookies

Our analytics don’t use cookies and don’t follow you around the internet. We use Umami, which counts page views without identifying you, and we host it ourselves.

Stripe sets what it needs to process a payment securely and stop fraud. Instagram sets its own if you play an embedded reel — that’s Instagram’s, not ours, and their policy covers it.

How long we keep it

While you’re a member, and for twelve months after you leave — so you can come back without starting from zero.
Payment records for seven years, because Australian tax law requires it.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, apart from the payment records we’re legally required to keep.

Your rights

Fix anything that’s wrong
Have it deleted, apart from records the law makes us keep
Take it with you — your record downloads as a file
Stop the emails — one click in any of them, or just ask

We’ll get back to you within 30 days, and usually a lot faster. There’s no charge.

If we get it wrong

Tell us first — teddi@teddiyeah.com — and we’ll try to fix it.

If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This policy may change. The date at the top tells you which version you’re reading, and we’ll email members about anything significant.
