Who you’re dealing with
Detox the Matrix is run by Teddi Emerald, based in the Northern Rivers, New South Wales, Australia. Everything below is between you and her.

What you’re buying
Membership of Detox the Matrix. While your membership is active you get:
- The nine modules — the cleanse sequence and the reprogramming work, in order
- Five live calls a month — two Clears, two Q&As and a guest expert, each run twice across timezones so you can actually make one
- The group space, and a cleanse buddy for each round
- Your own scan — your numbers at day 1, 30, 60 and 90, and every season after
- The cleanse calendar, dated to your intake
- Member pricing on the kit, where we have it
It is a group program, not one-to-one care. One-to-one work is a separate thing called The Spiral.
Billing

By subscribing you authorise a weekly charge of $88 to your card until you cancel it. You can see and manage your subscription at any time from the billing portal link on your receipt.
Cancelling
You can cancel any week. One click, no phone call, no email to write, no reason required.
Cancelling stops the billing immediately. The week you have already paid for runs to the end — you are not cut off mid-week — and nothing further is charged.
On the way out you can download your full record. We keep a copy for twelve months in case you come back, then delete it.
If a payment fails
Cards expire and banks decline things. That is not treated as you leaving.
- Nothing changes for two weeks. You keep full access while we sort it out.
- We let you know, and try the card again on day 2, day 4 and day 7.
- If there is still no working card after about two weeks, your membership stops and nothing further is charged.
- Your record is kept for twelve months. Come back at any new moon and you pick up from where you got to, not from zero.
Pausing
Life happens. You can pause for up to six weeks a year, in whole weeks. Billing stops while you are paused and your record is kept exactly where it was. The group space goes quiet until you come back.
Refunds
There are no refunds, because you never need one. You are billed one week at a time, so the most you can ever be out of pocket for something you did not use is $88. Cancel and the next charge simply does not happen.
If something has genuinely gone wrong — a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, a payment you did not authorise — email teddi@teddiyeah.com and it gets fixed. That is a mistake, not a refund request.
None of this limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If what you were sold is not what was delivered, those rights still apply.
What you keep, and what stops
Finish the nine modules and these are yours for good, whether you stay a member or not:
- The protocol sheets — every cleanse, step by step
- Your Receipt — your own before and after, yours to share if you want to
- Your full record, downloaded
These stop the week your membership stops, because they are living things rather than files:
- The live clears and the group space
- Your scan dashboard and the re-routing that runs off it
- The cleanse calendar and the next season
- Member pricing on the kit
Price changes
The price you join at is the price you keep, for as long as you stay. If the price goes up for new members, yours does not move.
If we ever did need to change an existing member’s price, you would get at least 30 days’ notice by email and could cancel before it took effect.
The room
It is a group of people doing honest work on themselves. The rules are short:
- What is said in the room stays in the room. Do not screenshot or repeat what someone else shares.
- Your access is yours. Do not share your login, and do not resell, republish or redistribute the material.
- No medical advice to each other. Share what you did; don’t diagnose anyone.
- Be decent. Harassment, bigotry or cruelty gets you removed without a refund of the current week.
The material is Teddi’s. You get to use it for your own life, not to teach, sell or publish.
Health — read this one properly
This is not medical advice, and Teddi is not your doctor. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. It is education and coaching, and you take part as a sovereign adult making your own decisions.
Talk to your own practitioner before you start, and especially before any cleanse. Get medical advice first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, managing a chronic condition, have a history of an eating disorder, or have any heart, liver, kidney or bowel condition.
There is a ceiling, and it is there for a reason: a maximum of two cleanses in a season. More is not faster. If you feel unwell, stop and see someone qualified.
Supplements, herbs, binders and test kits are bought from third parties at your own cost and are not included in the $88. We will tell you what the kit costs in week one so nothing lands as a surprise.
Results differ from person to person. Anything you read from other members is their own experience, not a promise about yours.
The legal bits
Your data. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms. If a change actually affects you we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel in the meantime. The date at the top of this page always tells you which version you are reading.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Teddi Emerald is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the program. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where this is governed. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
